Who will complete my translation?
A qualified Orchuul.mn translator will translate and review your document, then prepare the final version with a stamp and signature.
How is the price calculated?
The price is calculated from the document’s word count and the turnaround time you select.
Which files can I upload?
We accept PDF, DOCX, TXT, JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC and HEIF files. Each file may be up to 25 MB, with up to 10 files and 50 MB total per order.
When will my translation be ready?
Timing depends on the turnaround you select. It may be ready earlier, and the translator guarantees delivery no later than the selected deadline.
Will it include a stamp and signature?
Yes. The translator who completes the work prepares the final certified translation through the stamp-and-signature production step.
How can I receive a paper copy?
You can receive the translation as an online PDF, collect a paper copy, or arrange delivery. Orchuul.mn does not organize paper-copy collection or delivery; arrange it directly with your translator in chat. The selected turnaround covers only the online PDF and does not include paper-copy delivery time.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. You may request revisions within the original scope for three days after receiving the translator’s version. The delivery time is extended by the time needed to let the translator complete the requested revisions.
